Services (including but not limited to Premium/Maintenance Washes, Paint Refinement/Correction, and Ceramic Coatings): All services are considered final upon completion. Due to the custom, labor-intensive, and irreversible nature of these automotive protection and detailing services, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once work has begun or been completed.

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your slot and cover preparation. Earlier cancellations may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

Retail Products (if sold separately, e.g., maintenance sprays): Unopened/unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7–30 days for a refund or exchange (subject to inspection). Opened or used products are non-returnable.

Remedies for Issues: If you believe there is a verifiable defect in application (e.g., missed spots, improper curing per our standards), contact us within 2 days of service completion. We will inspect and, at our discretion, perform a touch-up, correction, or reapplication under our limited warranty terms. This is your sole remedy.

No Exceptions: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with aesthetic results (which vary by vehicle condition), or failure to follow post-service care instructions.
