Premium Headlight Restoration Process
1. Tape surrounding areas
This heavier grit sandpaper allows the removal of the oxidation.
2. Sand headlight with 800 grit
This heavier grit sandpaper allows the removal of the oxidation.
3. Sand headlight with 1000 grit
Theres less oxidation removal in this step but is still being removed while refining the harsher sanding marks from the 800 grit.
4. Sand headlight with 1500 grit
This is where we see a large difference in clarity
5. Sand headlights with 2000 grit
We continue with improving clarity with this step.
6. Sand headlight with 3000 grit
At this step the headlights almost look clear by the time we’re done.
7. Compound Headlights
Using a cutting pad and compound we’ll remove the sanding marks.
8. Polish Headlights
Here we further refine and polish the headlights for maximum clarity.
9. Ceramic Coating Application
Time to protect your headlights. We use a ceramic coating for durability.

Every headlight size can vary in the amount of time it’ll take. Expect to leave your vehicle for 2 hrs. and 30 mins. To ensure we have enough cure time for the ceramic coating.
